Positive affirmation is an act of stating a carefully selected positive statements to oneself so as to influence our life accordingly. Ever since I came to know this life changing art, I have been using it to my advantage. I have constructed a few lines which I affirm daily and has become a part of my life. Moreover, over the years I have found out that prayer time is a good time to affirm for the following reasons: 

1.    You are connected and communicating with the greatest 
    power in the universe.

2.    Your spiritual level is higher.

3.    Your faith level is higher.

4.    Your concentration level is higher.

5.    Your honesty level is higher.

For those of you who are new to school of Positive Thinking, well, throughout the ages, all the great teachers have observed and taught that ‘our life is shaped by our thoughts.’ And one of the methods that condition our mind positively is Affirmation.
