Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich revealed

Like everyone else who has read the book, I too was caught in the hunt for the hidden secret in Napoleon Hill’s classic Think and Grow Rich. Well, at first, it looks like every page holds the secret right? It is because, like in every team game, success depends on the performance of every individual player. A great player alone cannot bring success or whatsoever. There are so many ingredients needed for success.

However, there is indeed a key SECRET that surpasses all as the author has indicated. Luckily the discovery of it came to me very quick by way of stumbling upon a quote by Andrew Carnegie. Let me not waste your time further as it is stated so plainly. “Here is the prime condition of success, the great secret. Concentrate your energy, thought and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged. Having begun in one line, resolve to fight it out on that line, to lead in it: adopt every improvement, have the best machinery, and know the most about it. This is the great secret…” Andrew Carnegie

Well, at the end, the sum of success is very clear – Have a desire, think about it as being accomplished and focus on it till you achieve the goal whatever the obstacles may come. Every desire, every goal demands concentration for its fruition. Keeping this in mind, Jesus also said no one can serve two masters (Matthew 6:24). In the movie Sisters Act, the teacher tells her students, If you want to go places in life, you better pay attention!

If you are not convinced yet, try flirting around with other women and see the outcome. For that matter, do you think your wife would have married you in the first place if your love was distributed among many members of the fairer sex and not concentrated on her alone?

If you really want success, then stop flirting with small things on the subways and fall in love with your chief desire. Go for it as you did for your wife. This will certainly make you rich.
